I commit to timely payment of the fees outlined above and understand that any violation of this agreement may result in my responsibility for covering all expenses incurred by the school owner, including associated legal fees.

I grant permission for the specified child to take part in all activities offered at The Early Learning Centre.

I hereby indemnify The Early Learning Centre and the owner Jacqueline Langkilde, executors or family, and any of the staff employed, or acting upon instruction sustained by my child whilst being in their care by The Early Learning Centre from any claim rising out of any accident or injury.
